Dr. Karima Al-Mazroui noted that the Pedagogical Institute of Traditions and Tourism in Tirana organized a ceremony presenting the book 'Zaid - The Man Who Created a Nation,' published in collaboration with the University of Muhammad bin Zaid for Humanities, Archives, and the National Library.
The author of the book, Graham Wilson, highlighted Sheikh Zaid's speech on important issues, noting that he was able to overcome the challenges in building the nation, emphasizing the fundamental values on which the UAE became a model for the world. The book has been translated into the Albanian language at the request of the Pedagogical Institute of Traditions and Tourism, to introduce Albanian youth to the example and image.
At the book presentation ceremony, representatives from the University of Muhammad bin Zaid for Humanities under the guidance of Dr. Karima Al-Mazroui, as well as the former President of Albania, Redjep Medani, and a number of Albanian officials, scholars, and students attended. Dr. Karima Al-Mazroui emphasized that Sheikh Zaid was able to build the UAE thanks to his unique vision and ability to establish connections and friendships with all countries and peoples, making the nation a melting pot and a harbinger of global issues, human coexistence, and human brotherly love.
The representative of the institute, Dr. Neville Nika, emphasized the importance of publishing the book in the Albanian language and highlighted the global figures who appreciated Sheikh Zaid as an exceptional leader and influential diplomat. Representatives of the Academy of Sciences of the Albanian capital met with the delegation from the University of Muhammad bin Zaid and discussed the prospects for cooperation in research and academic fields.
